What are your booking time and time slots available?
You may dial #LABS (#5227) to arrange your lab home service between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm daily.
You can choose your slot between 6:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday-Sunday.
Do we need to do fasting? And how many hours should we fast?
Some packages or tests may require 10 hours of fasting. Alternatively, we have non fasting packages for your convenience .
Can we have tests without fasting? What if I can't do fasting? Do you have reliable non fasting packages?

How much is the home service fee, and what are the inclusions?
We charge one home service fee per location (up to 5 patients). Please call us so we can help you with your concerns.
How long will the home service test take? And when will I get the results of my home service lab tests?
Home Service procedure just takes 15-30mins! Results will be sent within the day unless it would require special processing.

Our highly trained and certified phlebotomists will manage your laboratory testing with the utmost care and precision, ensuring a smooth and reliable process from start to finish.
