Our organization strives day in and out to embody excellence is everything we do. To achieve this, we get only the best people, put them in the best environments, and regularly upskill everyone in the organization.
Our Credentialing Program is one way we keep our team’s skills and talents at par with the world’s best. It also ensures that our team continues to uphold the quality and competence SGD is known for.
The program is an intensive 30-day program that focuses on upskilling our medical technologists with further training in any of the specialist streams: HEMATOLOGY, IMMUNOCHEMISTRY, OR MICROBIOLOGY.
To push the boundaries of knowledge, foster collaboration, and drive innovation within the organization, we host regular scientific meetings for team members across the country.
Beyond strengthening the team’s relationship, these gatherings cultivate forward thinkers by keeping the people in our organization up to speed on best practices and the latest innovations in the scientific community.
This future think initiative is designed to build and foster the company’s next gen leadership. Built on a curriculum designed by the company’s leadership, the program is an intensive three-month long annual event managed entirely by the Executive Team. It aims to identify and develop individuals capable of becoming pivotal front runners in the future.
The participants chosen for the program are highly talented and dedicated team members with the ability to not only take the Group far into tomorrow, but to serve their communities, organizations, and the country as well.
